I have a Sony W230 camera, which worked perfectly fine for a few weeks but recently has started to malfunction by zooming in when I turn on the camera. When I want to use the camera I have to stand at a long distance from the subject.
Is there anyway I can fix this problem?|||have it repaired by sony|||first check to see if you can "reset" it's internal operating system, this way you can make sure that the problem is from hardware and can have the Sony service repair it.|||call 1-800-282-2848 sony tech line if its within 1yr warranty they we send you a new one. by the way i work for sony.
