How to program Sony MFM-HT75w TV with the Directv RC23 Universal Remote?

I am unable to find the code to input for this. It is a Sony MFM-HT75w LCD TV, and the remote is the RC23 Universal Remote.|||Depending on how old the TV is you may need to upgrade to a RC64 Remote. I couldn't get my old Direct TV remotes RC32 to accept the new codes for my New LCD TV once I upgraded they worked fine.
