Also can Sony Bravia Sync not work with all 3 systems?|||What you need is a TOSlink cable ( eBay) that goes from the back of ps3 to the back of home cinema system ( small square with round flap inside whole thing less than 1cm! Just plug in cable both ends go to ps3 menu settings, sound settings change from HDMI to optical then put home cinema on aux job done!

What does the orange or yellow light mean on a Sony camera battery charger?
I have a battery charger for the battery that goes to my Sony Mavica. When I first plugged the battery in it was red. Now it is either orange or yellow (depending on who is looking at it). Should it show up green when charged or does the yellow/orange mean it is charging. Thanks.|||What does your user manual say?

How good is Sony with their repair service?
I just sent my laptop into sony repairs about 2 hours ago. And i am very worried that my laptop might come back damaged or scratched. Has anyone sent their laptop in to get fixed? And how was it when it was returned to you?|||I had to get a Sony laptop repair that died on me only 2 months after I bought it. It was a warranty repair and I was leaving town for spring break in a week. Not only did Sony send me special box, they sent pre-paid shipping labels and paid for shipping both ways.
The laptop came back to me in less than 7 days (including the weekend) and they even replaced a tiny rubber boot on the lid that keeps it from rubbing on the keyboard! I didn't even know it was missing until I saw the list of serviced parts!!!
Granted, this was in 2004, but I was EXTREMELY happy with the service.

How to change Sony Handycam digital format to a format which can be edited with all video softwares?
Whenever I try to import video from my sony DCR-SR82 camcorder to some of the softwares (Windows media maker / Pinnacle Studio etc.), it shows unrecognizable format!|||If you have a mini dv (cassette) camcorder鈥?
Your dv camcorder needs a firewire connection (ieee 1394) in order to download video, your PC probably did not come with a firewire port, so you will have to buy one and install it, since most computers (except possibly brand new) don't come with a firewire port, your camcorder did not come with a firewire cord so you have to purchase a cord too. Your camcorder did come with a USB cord and that is used for downloading stills from your camcorder. Make sure your camera is in playback mode.

How can I change the opacity of some videos on Sony Vegas Studio to be able to fade different videos together?
I have 3 different videos and I want to make them all transparent so 3 of them is visible, like in photoshop where you change the opacity of a layer to be able to view layers below that. How can I do this? I have Sony Vegas Studio 9.0 Platinum.

How does a Sony Trinicon tube video camera compare with a CCD camcorder of the 80's?
I know the Trinicon has about 300 lines. But overall, how does it compare to a 1/4'' CCD found in a later Sony camcorder?|||God no.

How do I hook up a Sony KDF-50E2000 and a Sony DAV-DH589W home theater for regular TV sound output?
I also have a Dish receiver, a Sony PS3, and a Wii hooked up. What is the best way to clean a textured laptop surface. Im using a sony vaio VGN-NS laptop (silver). Because of the laptop's uneven surface, dirt %26amp; dust gets in easily. Ive tried cleaning using q-tips and rubbing alcohol, but that didnt help. Any suggestions, especially from those vaio users like me?|||It is mostly oils and dead skin cells on it and a cloth dampened with dish detergent and water should clean if it.|||For the monitor, I would use a cloth that is specifically designed for that purpose. Should be easy to find at any computer store. To get between the keys I would use electronics's grade compressed air (not one from a shop air compressor as these often release water.) For the rest of the surfaces, I would use a cleaner that is electronics safe. Windex makes one.|||Tooth brush and isopropyl alcohol. :)

Nowadays, cameras have been developed so well that it doesn't honestly matter which brand you choose. However, you get what you pay for. So invest in a higher quality camera :)

What is the cheapest store that i could find a sony cyber shot digital camera?
i found one sony cyber shot for only $79.87 at walmart but its only at "limited walmarts" so i dont know where i would find that one. also if i didnt have enough for the cyber shot i was planning on getting a kodak or polaroid.|||i suggest you try calling your surrounding walmarts near you ahead of time to track it down. if that doesn't work, start looking around at kmart and other retail stores. sometimes you might be able to catch a bargain online through best buy or circuit city but i doubt it.|||Have you tried eBay?

Why is my Sony laptop so loud when the computer is thinking?
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-CS120J. Basically, the computer fan it sounds like spins more and is louder than what it should be when the cpu is running more programs that take up memory. When i close out of some programs like firefox, itunes, or wmp, it will quiet down as the percentage of memory at use goes down because the program is closed. Why is it so loud?|||The percentage had better carefully go, and not be inordinately overcame on the whole business by the program|||You probably have a lot of dust in the fan.
Basically this is how it works... When you have more programs running, the CPU will get very hot causing the fan to work hard in an attempt to keep the CPU at a temperature that won't cause it to overheat. When you throw dust into the equation it makes it worse.
Dust acts as an insulation, it blocks airflow and keeps the heat inside, which will make the CPU even hotter and the fan will have to work even harder than normal to keep things cool.
Buy something like Endust (aerosol can, not spray) or dust destroyer and clear out the dust. It'll lower the temperature as well as make things easier on your fan.|||it maybe time to change your fan...

Please help to solve this issue..|||When you select Restrict Calls under Manage Calls in the settings of your W660, the password that it is asking for is the PIN2. That is what you would need to ask your service provider about.
Restrict calls only restricts outbound calls though. It sounds like you want to modify the Accept Calls setting. Select Accept Calls under Manage Calls. You can create a list of Contacts that the phone will accept calls from, and you don't need a code set it up.

Restrict calls only restricts outbound calls though. It sounds like you want to modify the Accept Calls setting. Select Accept Calls under Manage Calls. You can create a list of Contacts that the phone will accept calls from, and you don't need a code set it up.

How do you take off the battery cover from the sony ericsson w580i phone?
I need to replace my sim card on the sony ericsson w580i because I accidently put in a new one instead of using my old one with all my contacts etc on it. How do I fix my Sony Elixim digital camera, which is now taking blurry pictures every time I zoom in close?
Many of the pictures my Sony Elixim (orange credity card style) camera takes are now coming in blurry? Especially when I zoom in very close. Even when I take normal shots, the pictures seems rough and not crisp. Is the camera dead or can this be fixed?
I also have a Casio Digital Elf camera that is a few years older and I just turned it on for the first time and the digital screen is flashing lines and I can barely see what's in the picture. You're either using digital zoom or your shutter speed is not fast enough. Stay away from digital zoom. It only crops the center of your image and enlarges it through interpolation whereas optical zoom moves the glass within your lens to give you true zoom. Consult your manual to avoid digital zoom or remove it all together.

Why did Sony discontinue backwards compatability with ps2 games on the Playstation 3?
I know that the most recent models do not support ps2 games....I have read that sony said the ps3 simply does not have the power to emulate the ps2 cpu and the ps3's gpu and still give the user a great gaming experience. Does this mean that my 60gig will be inferior to the current 80gig in terms of gameplay experience?|||ye the 60gb is the best one so far..and its very hard to make all the ps2 games work on ps3..it takes time|||Nope. 1st you either misunderstood or were given bad info, the ps3 has plenty of emulation power but there are too many hardware differences to do software emulation without at least having the ps2 gpu available. That is what the 80 gb and european 60gb models did, software emulation with the ps2 gpu. It works with about 80% of ps2 games.
Second, the 60gb is the less recent model, and contains the ps2's cpu as well as gpu, meaning it plays ps2 games perfectly without needing emulation. No way is it gonna be inferior to an 80gb. The only advantage the new 80's have over the 60, besides an extra 20g of drive space, is 65nm circuits in the processors, which are more efficient. Nanotechnology marches on...
Why did Sony drop the ps2 cpu, and then ultimately the ps2 gpu? Because people didn't buy the ps3 at launch. Too many people said "no way am I gonna pay $600" at first, and Sony was losing too much money and had to cut corners, as it was costing over $1000 just to make a ps3. Now a lot of people who decided to wait for a price drop are wishing they had bought one in the 1st 10 months instead.
Don't go trading in your 60 for an 80, except maybe if it's a european 60.
also the 60 plays all ps2 games, there is no need to quote percentages. A very few games have trivial issues, like I can't run a non-dedicated console-based server on star wars battlefront 1, no big deal.|||No. The 60 gig is the best model available as it plays over 95% of ps1 and ps2 games. The 80 gig can only plays around 85% of the games.
It came down to cutting cost. It was cheaper to use emulation software then the hardware that they equipped with the 60gb. Sony wanted to get the price down closer to the 360 and that was the most logical way to do it. Europe is stuck with zero backwards compatibility on their models.|||The 80GB still has BC, the 40GB doesn't, it was removed because of cost.
To get the BC on the ps3 there are two key components, something to emulate the ps2's CPU (or the actual processor used in the ps3, the EE, emotion engine, like the 20GB and 60GB), software emulation is used in the 80GB, and the GPU from the ps2, (graphics synthesizer)
The 40GB doesn't have the Graphics Synthesizer so it is impossible to have BC with ps2 games even with software emulation
This was all done to bring the cost of the ps3 down|||1. to cut the production cost. they preffered emulation to save money on materials needed.
2. to move on. it's a strategic move since backward compatibility is killing ps3 itself. how? ps2 is still the most popular console with the most popular games exclusive to it. people won't buy an expensive system if they only targets the ps2's game library since ps3's is still starting up to get good games. it's like promoting a different product than what is supposed to be. it also motivates the game developers to move on. since they know there are lots of people owns a ps2 system than ps3, they're going to aim to the system with higher profit regardless if the system is turning obsolete.
if they remove it then everybody doesn't have a choice but to move on. a double edge strategy but i still preffered more options while waiting to the games i like|||that is not true if sony want to make us buy more ps3 then they would have to lower the price (like the xbox360) and they can't get rid of blue ray since the ps3 is also a dvd player

I would love to have a PS3 that was backwards compatible. I know the 60 does but they want too much for them now because they do.
Second, the 60gb is the less recent model, and contains the ps2's cpu as well as gpu, meaning it plays ps2 games perfectly without needing emulation. No way is it gonna be inferior to an 80gb. The only advantage the new 80's have over the 60, besides an extra 20g of drive space, is 65nm circuits in the processors, which are more efficient. Nanotechnology marches on...
Why did Sony drop the ps2 cpu, and then ultimately the ps2 gpu? Because people didn't buy the ps3 at launch. Too many people said "no way am I gonna pay $600" at first, and Sony was losing too much money and had to cut corners, as it was costing over $1000 just to make a ps3. Now a lot of people who decided to wait for a price drop are wishing they had bought one in the 1st 10 months instead.
Don't go trading in your 60 for an 80, except maybe if it's a european 60.
also the 60 plays all ps2 games, there is no need to quote percentages. A very few games have trivial issues, like I can't run a non-dedicated console-based server on star wars battlefront 1, no big deal.|||No. The 60 gig is the best model available as it plays over 95% of ps1 and ps2 games. The 80 gig can only plays around 85% of the games.
It came down to cutting cost. It was cheaper to use emulation software then the hardware that they equipped with the 60gb. Sony wanted to get the price down closer to the 360 and that was the most logical way to do it. Europe is stuck with zero backwards compatibility on their models.|||The 80GB still has BC, the 40GB doesn't, it was removed because of cost.
To get the BC on the ps3 there are two key components, something to emulate the ps2's CPU (or the actual processor used in the ps3, the EE, emotion engine, like the 20GB and 60GB), software emulation is used in the 80GB, and the GPU from the ps2, (graphics synthesizer)
The 40GB doesn't have the Graphics Synthesizer so it is impossible to have BC with ps2 games even with software emulation
This was all done to bring the cost of the ps3 down|||1. to cut the production cost. they preffered emulation to save money on materials needed.
2. to move on. it's a strategic move since backward compatibility is killing ps3 itself. how? ps2 is still the most popular console with the most popular games exclusive to it. people won't buy an expensive system if they only targets the ps2's game library since ps3's is still starting up to get good games. it's like promoting a different product than what is supposed to be. it also motivates the game developers to move on. since they know there are lots of people owns a ps2 system than ps3, they're going to aim to the system with higher profit regardless if the system is turning obsolete.

How do you find the saved files on a sony ericsson w580i cell phone?
I have a sony ericsson w580i and i have the memory stick to it. Whenever I take a picture or video and save it to the memory stick, I can never find it later. Any ideas on what I should do or how to fix it?|||When your in camera mode while you have your memory stick inserted you can press "settings" (Thats the left softkey) and scroll to "save to" to decide weather you want to save it to the "Memory Card" or on the "Phone's Memory". If for example you save it to the "Phone's Memory" and you run out of memory it'll give you this message "Memory Fully. Delete data or select settings %26gt; save to %26gt; memory stick". Okay to view your photo's take you've taken in the past just go to file manager %26gt; camera %26gt; **and the photo will be here**

What is the difference between Sony Vegas movie studio 9 and Sony Vegas Pro 9?
Can anyone tell me what the difference is, anyone who's tried them or just knows about them? I don't get it cause the price is considerably different, so I was wondering if Movie Studio 9 has kind of the same options and advantages as Pro 9... I want to buy one of them, and at the moment I've heard (and seen) that Sony Vegas is the best of softwares. I want to make sure that if I'm paying for it, at least I'm buying a good product.|||Vegas IS one of the best NLEs out there. Even more user friendly than Adobe Premiere, and much more intuitive.

How could I take really nice photographs with a Sony Cybershot camera?
It is just an average digital camera, I go on Tumblr a lot, and they have really artistic photo's, however they are mostly created from Nikons, Canons and other really expensive cameras. Please don't suggest Photoshop or any other complicated, editing programs that cost money and please don't suggest buying one of those camera's as I don't have the money.
Any help would be appreciated as to how I could make the most out of my Sony camera and make nice pictures, tips and tricks will lighting, focus, etc etc would be helpful, thankyou.|||There's nothing wrong with your Cybershot, and a top-of-the-line Canon, Nikon or a $2,500+ Sony Alpha 900 for that matter, won't necessarily give you better or more artistic pics, and most if not all professional pics need extensive software post-processing to make them look the way they are.
A few things you might want to try are: shooting in black-and-white for a moody atmosphere on cloudy days, looking for sharp contrasts, experimenting with the settings on your camera, creating a personal photo assignment (urban landscapes, animals, you name it). Try to think of with a number of alternative shots before you photograph something and have a look at some basic rules of photo composition (see link).
Googling "photo ideas" might also help (for instance, see kodak link below).
As for expensive software: there are lots of excellent, free alternatives for Adobe Photoshop (see link below). One of my favourites is PhotoFiltre.

You also need to be aware not to overexpose the sky. Always avoid shooting into the sun, and always meter at +2EV off the brightest point in the sky, if you need to preserve detail there.
You should also be aware of zone focusing. You should be able (in PASM modes) to set a focus distance and the camera will lock to that distance. For example for a landscape you should set this to infinity. This means you can leave the camera to concentrate on sorting out exposure.
When you're ready to expose, use spot metering, and the half press of a shutter to AE lock correctly. Then recompose your frame. Avoid using the built in flash, and learn how to use available light, such as window light and skylights, and how to add to it with reflectors. Finally, turn the ISO to the lowest possible setting, usually 64 or 100 will do.

What causes curved red lines on the display of Sony rear projection TV?
We have a Sony rear projection HD TV. It has worked fine for 5 years. Recently, we noticed that there are curved horizontal red lines etched permanently across the display. Regardless of the input we are using (dvd player or cable box), these red lines are permanently displayed when the TV is turned on. Any ideas on what causes this and how to fix it? Is it something to do with cleaning some components?|||Since the set is 5 years old this will be a crt based rear projo. Put the set on an unused video input. Do the lines run side to side about 2-3 inches apart from top to bottom? If yes then the this is one of sony's model with known bad picture tubes (all three). Cost to repair out of warranty would be over $1000--not worth it.
If the red lines are just in one area (with a picture back up)--say the top of the picture--then the problem is the convergence amp IC's. Repair would be around $300 but if this is one of the models with the bad crt's--I talk the customers out of the convergence repair because they dont want to have to call me back in a short time just look at the lines in the pic (most likely like yours) and charge them to literally do nothing but look at it--never opening my tool box.

BTW--Don't ever try to clean between the screens unless you know exactly what you're doing----even the experts make it worse sometimes---and rookies ALLWAYS make it worse|||Since they are curved, I suspect it is on the plastic front panel. Can you detect them even when the TV is off?

If you think it is electronic, you can go to the SETTINGS menu of your TV, and turn the RED down as low as it goes. If the red line looks a lot dimmer, then it is an electronic issue, and I don't know what you could do other than buy a new TV.

I have a sony handycam dcr-sx44 and I already deleted the videos and images from the video camera but doesnt it get stored somewhere else too? I want to know how to get it COMPLETELY gone. If you re format that memory through your camera menu you should be good. If you have already captured to your computer or other device you will have to cover your own tracks. It is best if you do not film something that may offend in the first place.

Does the Sony Ericsson 760a require a memory card to play music?
I have a Sony Ericsson 760A, and it was advertised as a phone that can store and play music. But the memory capacity on the phone doesn't seem to allow for that. Is it REQUIRED that I purchase a memory card to store music on my phone, or am I doing something wrong?|||If you want to add music, pictures, and possibly video (which requires some kind of a converter so the phone can recognize and play the video), then you need to order a memory card. I use the 8 GB Sandisk Mobile Ultra M2 memory card. It has like a ton of memory for my music and still has room! If you get a memory card, you need to buy a card reader as well. The reader allows the card to be hooked into your computer (via a USB drive) so you can put music on it. I don't know any other way to hook the phone to the computer, unless there's some USB cable you have to buy separately from the phone (which probably doesn't exist).

How do I update my Sony Ericsson W910i software?

I have already downloaded the Sony Ericsson W910i update software and pc suite from the sony ericsson website. However, when I tried to update, I could not connect the phone to the computer. The error message is that the USB could not be recognised. (Yet, the phone could connect to the computer when I used the pc suite.)
May I know what is the problem and how to resolve this problem?
Thanks!|||When you connect the phone make sure it is tuned off and connect it while holding the C key. It should make the connection then. If the phone is working with the PC suite it may be the update software itself. You will want to uninstall/reinstall and sty again.

I just bought a new iPod, I previously had a Sony Walkman mp3. How can I convert my Sony music files to iTunes? Currently I cant drag and drop into iTunes as they arent in the right format.|||I'm pretty sure you can't do it, unless you used MP3 for your Sony Walkman, it was the NWA series that allowed you to use MP3's. If you used Connect player or Sonicstage to copy your CD's then the format is ATRAC and this is specific to Sony and cannot be converted into any other format.
If you imported your MP3's into Sonicstage/Connect player then simply use those MP3's in their original folder and import them into iTunes.
Honestly though, I know it's a pain (I've done it three times now!) just convert your music again into iTunes from your CD's. It will sound a lot better, MP3's converted into other formats always sounds a lot worse, at least converting direct from the CD's gives you a better quality sound, you want to get the best from, your iPod at the end of the day, so a few hours (or days!!!) converting CD's over to iTunes will be worth it in the end!

Does the sony cybershot camera work with the new windows vista program?

I have a Sony Handycam DCR-SR300 and a MacBook with OS X 10.4.11, iLife 08, and iMovie, and iMovie HD. I want to import clips from the Handycam to my computer and be able to edit them. Should I use iMovie HD or iMovie and how do i get the files to my computer?|||Connect the standard definition Sony DCR-SR300 hard disc drive based camcorder to the Mac with a USB cable. The camcorder needs to be in "Play" or PC mode. The internal camcorder hard drive will mount like any other external mass storage device.

I've tried the whole ctrl-shift thing, but I don't get it do I press it while pressing the button to launch it or while it's starting up on the sort of start up bit?

How do I disable resample by default in sony vegas 8?
In sony vegas 8 I often will adjust a clip and then it will go black, to see it again I change it to disable resample but it is painful doing this all the time. What is the normal life span of a sony vio desktop computer? Have one with a max of 1 gb (1024 mb) and its been used for five years but owned for six or so. What do i need to do when my sony ericsson w580i says i need to insert a smart chip?
Lately my sony ericsson has been saying i need to insert a smart chip. It completely locks up the screen and i cant get to the menu. The only thing i can do is call 911. Dont ask.|||The first thing to try is cleaning the contacts for the smart chip, on the phone and the chip itself. Use a little rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip and be careful you don't bend the contacts in the phone.|||You need to put your SIM card in.- if it IS already in, remove it, wait 2 mins put it back, if that doesn't work call cust care.
Also if you don't have an account, or you do but it has been suspended- you will get that error. That means the SIM isn't active, then you need to sign up.or pay the bill to reinstae service

I already have a sony dvd player attached to the television with an hdmi cable.|||You should not connect an external speaker to the tv power amplifier due to they don't have much power to drive any speaker, at most they only have 5 to 15 watts. You can connect it to a receiver or a power amp then to your speakers. Hope this will help you out.

In sony vegas the little box in the top right the video skips really bad and I cant edit it because it skips so much. How can I stop this?|||Your using a resolution that your computer or RAM can't handle. You can lower the resolution which will reduce the skipping but the quality will be worse. (The quality won't really be worse when you upload it to YouTube, or burn it to a DVD, it only looks bad in Vegas itself.)
Just go to the top of the video preview and look for something that says something like best (Auto) or Preview (Full) or something like that. it should be at best (auto) by default. Change those settings to something low, I reccomend preview (auto)

I've recently bought a sony ericsson k550i, and I have the pc suite and all of the works. I only need to know how to transfer my old photos (from my computer) to my phone.|||On my S-E s710a, I transfer by copying to the memory stick. In the past, the S-E camera phone made a folder on the memory stick called DCIM which stands for Digital Camera Image, I suppose. If I didn't have the appropriate folder, I took a picture with my S-E camera phone firstly. Then I loaded up the same memory stick on my Windows XP desktop computer and copied the images into that DCIM folder. Then I put the memory stick back into my camera phone and copied the image from that memory stick to my camera phone's wallpaper or to its SMS text message.|||i hate sony ericsson bcoz it wont work

How do you remove books from the Sony eReader 500 but not the library?
I recently purchased the Sony eReader PRS-505 and have almost filled the memory. I cannot figure out how to remove the books I have read from the reader without completely deleting them from my list. I am used to the iPod interface where you can just un-check the song in the library and it will remove it from the iPod playlists. Which sony camera would allow to keep the shutter open for as many seconds as I want?
I know that older Sony versions allowed to keep the shutter open for several seconds, at the users choice and I can't find a new one that would do the same. i have a Sony Cyber-shot Digital Camera HX5V/B and it will only download my picture on my computer. how do i get my videos on it. do i have to buy something.|||When you first bought the camera, is should have come with a disk that had a program called the Sony picture media browser (PMB) if you don't have the supplied disc, go to the website in the sources area below and select *SEE ALL FILE DOWNLOADS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR MODEL* under the *DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE* section. Then select your operating system under the drop down menu. Then in the next drop down menu that appears, select Picture Media Browser. When you do two downloads will appear at the bottom of the page, and select the first, entitled Lost your disk? or something like that. Once you go through the installation process and the program is all finished, plug in your camera with the standard cable that came with the camera and a popup should appear, asking you if you want to import all of your pictures into the picture media browser, if I'm correct, when you do this it should put everything on the camera into the nifty little program that Sony made for all of their cameras that is for organizing all of your pictures. I use it and It is great.

How do I connect my tv to sony av surround system?
I have a magnavox tv and a sony av, cables are connected but surround audio not working. I have tested the speakers and they are all working.|||It sounds like you may be having a problem with either your TV or your AV receiver. A few things you may want to try:
-Go through your TV menus and make sure the audio source is set to "external." This will make sure you send the audio to whatever external source you have set up.
-Make sure you have your AV inputs/outputs set up properly. Make sure all of your sources are selected properly, and that you AV inputs and outputs are set up to the right connectors.
-Make sure your speakers are set up right. I'm sure you wouldn't be posting this if you didn't know it was set up right, but you may want to look into it.
-Your AV input may be damaged. Try switching inputs on your receiver and see if it works. If it does, a portion of your receiver is damaged.
-Your TV may be damaged. Not much you can do about that one.
Anyways, that's kind of the order you'd want to diagnose in, and the likelihood of it happening order, too.|||first off, make sure the tv station you are watching is broadcasting in 5.1, in not then you cant get 5.1 sound.
if your reciever has a phantom mode where it broadcasts 5.1 from stereo sound you can use that, not all systems have that feature. try the surround sound on dvd mode and see if it works, if not this is a possible indication of malfunctioning equipment.

How would you tranfer pics from a Sony Cybershot to computer using a card reader?
The software that comes with the camera doesn't say Sony. It says Lexmark and only talks about scanning pics not transferring|||After you put the memory stick card to the card reader(either built-in or USB), it will automatically scan it and ask you what to do. Either choose browse the folder on it or open windows explorer and browse to the card(maybe E: or F: drive normally). Then you will see some pictures under some folder in that drive. Just copy them and paste it to either desktop or your picture folder on 'My Pictures' folder. Then remove the card by doing remove hardware on the icon that's right beside the clock(right bottom of the screen) to disconnect the card from the computer. When it says 'safe to remove hardware' then you can insert the card back to the camera.|||i don't think you need software to do that. if i'm getting it right your photos you take with your camera are being saved on a memory card. so you just put that in the card reader..|||Just put it straight into the cardreader.
