How to put songs on a sony mp3 player using limewire?

I have itunes and it automatically syncs the music to my ipod when I hook it up, but it wont work with my sony mp3 player. So how can I do it with Limewire?|||You must drag the files from lime wire into the folder that you mp3 player comes up in,
