How do I transfer my sony mp3 music to itunes?

Is it possible? I just bought an iphone but all my music about (20gb) it's in my sony mp3 and the media player from another computer.|||Tranfer all the music into a folder then put all the music in the folder into the music thing in itunres|||Open the iTunes application and then IMPORT that folder to the iTunes folder. =D
