What happens if you loose your Sony digital camera uploader cord?

I have a sony digital camera. I lost the cord that uploads all of your pictures onto your computer. Would they sell them separately at the store? Is there another way to upload them using a different cord?|||You can find one on e-bay. A friend at work paid $1 for a camera usb cable.

You can also get a usb card reader for very cheap at any electronics store.|||Either get a new cord (maybe at a camera/electronics store), or get a card reader (also available at the same kinds of stores) that plugs into your computer's USB - then remove the camera's memory card and put it in the card reader.

If you get a card reader, make sure it will work with the type of card in your camera - Sony cameras use Memory Stick cards, but there are several types of those.|||Jonas, the simplest thing to do is take your digital camera to Radio Shack and tell them you want a new USB cord for the camera and show them the input on the camera. Make sure the cord will connect properly to your camera. Should cost $4 or $5

Hope this helps :-)
