MY Acer Aspire doesn't have a fire wire port. How can I connect my Sony DCR VX2000 to it? I have heard of dual Firewire/USB hubs- is that the best way to go? If not, what is the best and cheapest way to go?

You will have to purchase a firewire card for your laptop, but before you go looking make sure your laptop has an empty bay, if not you may be out of luck.|||You should be able to add a firewire card to your laptop - make sure you check whether it uses PCMCIA or Express cards.
